Closing The Gap​

The opportunity gap in tech is still way too big.

​

Just 26% of tech workers are women, only 8.3 % are Hispanic and only 8%

are Black or African American. Those statistics and many more like them are

a real, persistent challenge to the industry and hiring managers.

Those numbers are a barrier that many DeVry students must overcome

 to advance their careers. DeVry believes in access to higher eduction for all. 

Their Scholars programs aim to help fuel the tech pipeline with more opportunities

for underrepresented communities to create a stronger, more diverse workforce.
